Summary:To provide an anion selective electrode having high ion selectivity and having a short time until potential is stable, and a method for manufacturing the same.SOLUTION: An anion selective electrode comprises: an electrode housing 22 having a space for putting an internal solution; an inner electrode 24 contacting the internal solution; a first surface 21a; a second surface 21b positioned on the side opposite to the first surface; and an anionic exchange membrane 21 arranged between the internal solution 23 and a sample solution.
