Summary: | To provide a removal device and a removal method capable of enhancing workability when an object such as asbestos is removed.SOLUTION: A removal device 1 polishes a polished surface and removes a spray material containing asbestos on the polished surface, and includes a polishing part 10, an attachment part 20, a flexible shaft 30, a motor 41, and an overload protection device 42. The polishing part 10 can be rotated around a rotary shaft, and has a brush which extends in a direction approximately perpendicular to the rotary shaft and polishes the surface on its tip. The flexible shaft 30 transmits rotation of the motor 41 to the polishing part 10. The overload protection device 42 prevents overload of the motor 41. 【課題】アスベスト等の対象物の除去時の作業性を高めることができる除去装置および除去方法等を提供する。【解決手段】除去装置1は、研磨面を研磨して研磨面上のアスベストを含む吹付材を除去するものであり、研磨部10、取付部20、フレキシブルシャフト30、モーター41、過負荷防止装置42等を有する。研磨部10は、回転軸を中心として回転可能であり、回転軸と略直交する方向に延びその先端で研磨を行うためのブラシを有する。フレキシブルシャフト30は、モーター41の回転を研磨部10に伝達する。過負荷防止装置42はモーター41の過負荷を防止するためのものである。モーター41や過負荷防止装置42は、防塵ボックス40内に配置されている。【選択図】図1 |
