To provide a permanent bridge scaffold capable of being retrofitted to beautifying sections spanning the bridge without the scaffolding function, and which maintains the beautifying provisions while having excellent workability and lighting property.SOLUTION: A grating body 2 formed in a grid shape and an end plate 3 arranged so as to cover at least one end face of the grating body 2 are integrally formed. A grating plate 1 formed of an FRP being translucent as a whole is laid on a frame (cross beam 105) arranged above a beautifying installation (louver) under a girder spanning a bridge. By fixing the laid grating plate to the frame (cross beam) with a fixing bracket 10, a permanent bridge scaffold α is formed above the beautifying installation.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3 【課題】橋梁の径間の足場機能がない美装化区間に後付け可能であり、美装化設備を保持しつつ施工性、採光性に優れた恒久的な橋梁用足場を提供する。【解決手段】格子状に形成されたグレーチング本体２と、このグレーチング本体２の少なくとも一方の端面を覆うように配置された端板３と、を一体に形成し、全体が透光性を有するＦＲＰで形成されたグレーチング板１を、橋梁の径間に設けられた桁下の美装化設備（ルーバ）の上方に配置されているフレーム（横梁１０５）上に敷設し、この敷設されたグレーチング板を固定金具１０でフレーム（横梁）に固定することで美装化設備の上方に恒久的な橋梁用足場αを形成する。【選択図】 図３
