Summary:To provide a polycarbonate resin composition for an optical member which is excellent in transparency and excellent in balance of fluidity and impact resistance.SOLUTION: The polycarbonate resin composition for an optical member contains more than 1 pt.mass and 7 pts.mass or less of a silicone compound (B) based on 100 pts.mass of an aromatic polycarbonate resin (A) having a viscosity-average molecular weight of 12,000-16,000. The silicone compound (B) contains an alkoxy group or an aryloxy group but does not contain a silanol group at its terminal and has a kinematic viscosity at 25°C of 1-150 mm/sec and a refractive index (nD) at 25°C of 1.520-1.600.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】透明性に優れ、流動性と耐衝撃性のバランスに優れた光学部材用ポリカーボネート樹脂組成物を提供する。【解決手段】粘度平均分子量が12,000〜16,000の芳香族ポリカーボネート樹脂(A)100質量部に対し、シリコーン化合物(B)1質量部超7質量部以下を含有する樹脂組成物であって、シリコーン化合物(B)は、アルコキシ基またはアリールオキシ基を含有するが末端にはシラノール基を含有せず、25℃での動粘度が1〜150mm2/secであり、且つ、25℃での屈折率(nD)が1.520〜1.600であることを特徴とする光学部材用ポリカーボネート樹脂組成物。【選択図】図1
