Summary: | To provide: a novel titanium oxide particle that does not require an auxiliary conductive agent or that can minimize auxiliary conductivity agent; a method for producing the same; and use thereof.SOLUTION: In a novel titanium oxide particle 1, a plurality of crystallites 2 are continuously bonded to form a three-dimensional network structure, and a Magneli phase 2a is formed on the surface of crystallite 2. The crystallites 2 are randomly oriented and joined to each other at a table surface or an end face, and laminated in a three-dimensional network structure form. A large number of nano-sized space parts 3 can be present inside the titanium oxide particle 1, and between the crystallites 2, grain boundaries at junction interface are eliminated and, on the other hand, a large number of microscopic pores can be present.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】導電助剤を必要としない、または導電助剤を最小限に抑えることのできる新規のチタン酸化物粒子、その製造方法、及び用途を提供することである。【解決手段】新規のチタン酸化物粒子1は、複数の結晶子2が連続的に結合して三次元ネットワーク構造を成し、結晶子2の表面にマグネリ相2aを有する。結晶子2は、ランダムに配向して互いに卓面や端面で結合し、三次元ネットワーク構造状に積層される。チタン酸化物粒子1の内部にはナノサイズの空間部3を多数存在させることができ、結晶子2間は、接合界面の粒界を無くし、一方で微小の細孔を多数存在させることができる。【選択図】図1 |
