Summary: | To provide a liquid jetting head in which a wiping failure hardly occurs and chipping due to static electricity hardly occurs, and to provide a liquid jetting device.SOLUTION: When an under face of a liquid jetting head is constituted of a nozzle plate 33 and a lid member 29, a front face of the nozzle plate 33 and a front faces of the lid member 29 are water-repellent surfaces, lateral faces of the nozzle plate 33 and the lid member 29 are hydrophilic surfaces relative to the front faces thereof, and a gap between the nozzle plate 33 and the lid member 29 is filled with a filler. If at least the lateral face of the nozzle plate 33 is covered with the filler 29, the nozzle plate 33 can be protected from static electricity. Further, If the lateral face of the lid member 29 is covered with the filler, wiping property of a wiper 50 is improved.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 11
【課題】ワイピングに支障を生じにくくして静電気による欠損も生じにくい液体噴射ヘッドおよび液体噴射装置を提供する。【解決手段】液体噴射ヘッドの下面がノズルプレート33と蓋部材29とで形成されている時に、ノズルプレート33の表面と蓋部材29の表面は撥水面とし、ノズルプレート33と蓋部材29の側面は表面に対して相対的に親水面とし、ノズルプレート33と蓋部材29との間の隙間に充填材を充填せしめた構成となっている。少なくともノズルプレート33の側面が充填材29によって覆われていればノズルプレート33を静電気から保護することができる。さらに蓋部材29の側面が充填材によって覆われていればワイパー50による拭き取り性が向上する。【選択図】図11 |
