To solve a problem in a conventional western-style toilet in a disaster or in an emergency, in which the action of fixing an excretion bag in a western style toilet bowl or a western-style toilet seat and removing and sealing the excretion bag after excretion is needed to be conducted in a toilet, and therefore a circulation type excretion kit of a structure enabling excretion by receiving the excretion bag in a storing case to thereby minimize contact to the toilet bowl and the toilet seat is needed.SOLUTION: A guard plate 1 blocks contact between buttocks 4 and the toilet seat 5. A shape of 1b has an effect to definitely inform the position of an excretion hole by providing a protrusion in an upper part. The shape of 1c shows a hole to carry the kit. The shape of 2a represents a fixing part installing an excretion bag 6 and a seal string 7 before use. A recycling kit is provided in which a shielding lid is put after the excretion and an emergency excretion kit is carried out.
