A small diameter flange part 28C of the fixed body side iron ring 28 is arranged within a fixed body side extension surface 13H of the fixed side housing 13, and a fixed body side corner wall face 13G of the fixed side housing 13 is arranged at a position nearer the side of a large diameter flange part 28B than an axial end face 28E of the small diameter flange part 28C.
