Summary: | To provide emulsifying agents compoundable in emulsification skin external preparations and the like, and having excellent biosafety, stability (the inhibition of odor, coloring, and the like), emulsification characteristics, and feeling of use; and to provide emulsification skin external preparations.SOLUTION: The present invention provides an emulsifying agent containing as an active ingredient the low-protein processed product of the lactic fermentation product of rice, and an emulsification skin external preparation using the emulsifying agent.EFFECT: The emulsion subjected to a low protein treatment has superior emulsifying properties as compared with the emulsion not subjected to the low protein treatment, and is useful as an emulsifying agent in which the odor of itself and the emulsion containing this has been suppressed.SELECTED DRAWING: None
【課題】生体安全性、安定性(臭い、着色の抑制等)、乳化特性、及び使用感に優れ、乳化皮膚外用剤等に配合可能な乳化剤、及び乳化皮膚外用剤の提供。【解決手段】米の乳酸菌発酵物の低蛋白処理物を有効成分とする乳化剤、及び前記乳化剤を用いる乳化皮膚外用剤。【効果】低蛋白質処理を行った前記乳化物は、低蛋白質処理を行っていない乳化物に比較して、優れた乳化特性を有し、かつ、それ自体及びこれを配合する乳化物の臭いを抑制した乳化剤として有用である。【選択図】なし |
