To improve productivity.SOLUTION: An unwinding device includes a cylindrical member rotatable in a first rotation direction with respect to a central axis, and two unwinding mechanisms which are installed on a bottom surface of the cylindrical member and are point symmetrical to each other around the central axis. Each of the unwinding mechanisms includes a roll fitting part which takes an unwinding position and a standby position and supports a roll material in a rotatable manner, a slip sheet winding part which winds a slip sheet, a bonding part for bonding a sheet material unwound from the other unwinding mechanism at the standby position with respect to a leading end region of a sheet material at the unwinding position, and a guide part which guides a path of the sheet material unwound from its unwinding mechanism at the standby position. The unwinding device includes a cutter device which bonds the leading end region of the sheet material unwound from one unwinding mechanism with the sheet material unwound from the other unwinding mechanism in cooperation with the bonding part of the one unwinding mechanism at the unwinding position, and cuts the bonded sheet material and cuts the sheet material unwound from the other unwinding mechanism.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5 【課題】生産性の向上。【解決手段】中心軸に対して第１回転方向に回転可能な円筒状部材と、円筒状部材の底面に設置され、中心軸を中心として互いに点対称な２つの巻出機構とを備える。各巻出機構は、巻出位置と待機位置をとり、ロール材を回転可能に支持するロール取付部と、合紙を巻き取る合紙巻取部と、巻出位置においてシート材の先端領域に対して待機位置にある他方の巻出機構から巻き出されたシート材を貼り合わせるための貼り合わせ部と、待機位置において自身の巻出機構から巻き出されるシート材の経路をガイドするガイド部とを備える。巻出装置は、巻出位置にある一方の巻出機構の貼り合わせ部と協調して、一方の巻出機構から巻き出されるシート材の先端領域に他方の巻出機構から巻き出されるシート材を貼り合わせると共に、貼り合わされたシート材を切断して他方の巻出機構から巻き出されているシート材から切り離すカッター装置を備える。【選択図】図５
