Summary:To accurately identify a password input by a user himself or herself and passwords input by other malicious users.SOLUTION: An IC card comprises analogical inference key creating means for creating a list of person-concerned operation determination key information from a user authentication key and a list of other person operation determination key information from a trap PIN key, and storing the lists. When the key information input by a user does not match the user authentication key, the IC card determines the operation of the user himself or herself by collating the input key information with the list of person-concerned operation determination key information.
