To provide a bathroom air conditioner capable of performing air conditioning of a bathroom so as to prevent a bathing person entering a bathroom for bathing from feeling cold or hot irrespective of a season or a level of atmospheric temperature.SOLUTION: A control device 13 of a bathroom air conditioner 10 compares a temperature observation value in a bathroom BR in the beginning of hot water supply with a temperature threshold variably set according to season information or atmospheric temperature information, and based on the comparison result, determines whether or not a ventilation operation and a hot air blowing operation (heating operation) for the bathroom BR are required respectively. Operation control of the bathroom air conditioner 10 is performed according to the determination on the requirement.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3 【課題】入浴のために浴室に入室する入浴者が寒さ、もしくは暑さを感じるのを防止することを、季節、あるいは、気温状態の高低によらずに実現し得るように、浴室の空調を行うことを可能とする浴室空調装置を提供する。【解決手段】浴室空調装置１０の制御装置１３は、湯はりの開始当初の浴室ＢＲの温度の観測値を、季節情報又は気温情報に応じて可変的に設定した温度閾値と比較し、その比較結果に基づいて浴室ＢＲの換気運転及び温風送風運転（暖房運転）のそれぞれの要否を決定する。当該要否の決定に従って、浴室空調装置１０の運転制御を行う。【選択図】図３
