To enable position adjustment of a falling preventing tool of a dolly for transporting large diameter steel pipes to be easily performed on the ground.SOLUTION: A falling prevention tool 4 prevents falling of loaded objects (steel pipes) on a dolly and has: a body part 11 disposed on the dolly; and a handling member 12 which is detachably attached to the body part 11 and adjusts a position of the body part 11 from the outer side of the dolly 1. The body part 11 includes a roller 13 and a handling member attachment part 14. The handling member 12 is attached to the handling member attachment part 14.
