To provide a system suitable for group communication in a situation in which a group member changes flexibly.SOLUTION: Each of a plurality of users (for example, field workers) 3 wears, on his/her head, a headgear (for example, helmet) 5 mounted with a microphone, loudspeaker, camera, and the like and holds a portable communication terminal 7 such as a smartphone, the headgear 5 and the portable communication terminal 7 being connected using short-range communication.
