Summary:To reduce delay and load of processing related to encryption.SOLUTION: A base station for connection with other base station based on radio access technology different from own technology includes a control section performing a process for releasing encryption of the header part of the packet by using a first key when a packet encrypted by the first key is received, a process of determining whether the packet is transferred to other base station based on the header part when encryption is released, and a process for transmitting the packet, in a state encrypted by the first key, to other base station having the first key when a determination is made that the packet is transferred to other base station.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6 【課題】暗号化に係る処理の遅延及び負荷を低減する。【解決手段】自身と異なる無線アクセス技術に基づく他の基地局と接続される基地局は、第1の鍵で暗号化されたパケットが受信された場合に前記パケットのヘッダ部分の暗号化を前記第1の鍵を用いて解除する処理と、暗号化が解除された前記ヘッダ部分に基づき前記パケットを前記他の基地局へ転送するかを判定する処理と、前記パケットを前記他の基地局へ転送すると判定する場合に前記第1の鍵で暗号化された状態の前記パケットを前記第1の鍵を有する前記他の基地局へ送信する処理とを行う制御部を含む。【選択図】図6
