To provide a program, a device and a method capable of easily setting the time in registration of intraoperation record.SOLUTION: A registration device 1 is configured so as to, when receiving a registration of a specific intraoperation record, detect an operation to a position corresponding to another registered intraoperation record displayed on a registration screen. The registration device 1 is configured so as to, when detecting the operation to the position corresponding to the other intraoperation record, acquire the time which is stored being associated with the other intraoperation record. The registration device 1 is configured to set the acquired time as the time associated with a specific intraoperation record.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】術中記録の登録における時刻の設定を簡便にするプログラム、装置および方法を提供する。【解決手段】登録装置１は、特定の術中記録の登録を受け付ける際に、登録画面上に表示された登録済みの他の術中記録に対応する位置に対する操作を検知する。登録装置１は、他の術中記録に対応する位置に対する操作を検知すると、他の術中記録に対応付けて記憶された時刻を取得する。そして、登録装置１は、取得された時刻を、特定の術中記録に対応付ける時刻として設定する。【選択図】図１
