To judge whether a conflict exists in setting of personality.SOLUTION: A text analysis part 30 generates text analysis information by conducting morphological analysis to each of character setting that is a string representing personality of a character and an utterance candidate. An object predicate information extraction part 32 extracts a predicate from the text analysis information of the character setting, an object expression that is an item concerning the predicate and object predicate information of the character setting representing an attitude for the object expression.
