Summary: | To provide a hot water supply port adapter for bathtub enabling a joint pipe to be easily and securely coupled to a bathtub outer fitting member.SOLUTION: A hot water supply port adapter according to the present invention comprises a bathtub outer fitting member 1 and a joint pipe 6. One of coupling parts of the bathtub outer fitting member 1 and joint pipe 6 is a female-side pipe part 14, and the other is a male-side pipe part 64. The male-side pipe part 64 has a guide part 642, having a larger diameter than a tip part 643, formed at a base end side. An opening edge part of the female-side pipe part 64 is a large-diameter hole part 142 having a large diameter, and an inner part is a small-diameter hole part 143. With the male-side pipe part 64 inserted into the female-side pipe part 14 such that the tip part 643 and guide part 642 of the male-side pipe part 64 are arranged at the small-diameter hole part 143 and large-diameter hole part 142 of the female-side pipe part 14, both the pipe parts 14, 64 are coupled together. A seal member 66 mounted on the tip part 643 of the male-side pipe part 64 makes the male-side pipe part 64 and female-side pipe part 14 mutually watertight.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7
【課題】ジョイント管を槽外取付部材にに簡単かつ確実に連結できる浴槽用給湯口アダプタを提供する。【解決手段】本発明の給湯口アダプタは、槽外取付部材1と、ジョイント管6とを備える。槽外取付部材1およびジョイント管6の連結部の一方が雌側管部14、残り一方が雄側管部64とされる。雄側管部64の基端側に先端部643よりも径大な案内部642が形成される。雌側管部64の開口縁部は径大な大径孔部142、奥部は径小な小径孔部143とされる。雄側管部64の先端部643および案内部642が雌側管部14の小径孔部143および大径孔部142に配置される態様に、雄側管部64が雌側管部14に挿入された状態で、両管部14,64が連結される。雄側管部64の先端部643に装着されたシール部材66によって、雄側管部64および雌側管部14間の水密が図られる。【選択図】図7 |
