To provide a cutting device of soybean curd and a packing device of the soybean curd capable of cutting the soybean curd with high accuracy preventing damage of the soybean curd without generating foreign matter.SOLUTION: A cutting device of soybean curd comprises: a positioning member 35 being brought into contact with the soybean curd T2 and performing positioning; a horizontal cutter 65 horizontally movably disposed within a height range in a region contacting with the soybean curd of the positioning member; and a cutter drive part horizontally driving the horizontal cutter 65. The positioning member 35 is disposed at an end edge of the horizontal cutter in a cutting direction. The cutter drive part moves the horizontal cutter 65 having a vertical cross-section of a waveform toward the positioning member 35 till being roughly abutted and then the soybean curd T2 is horizontally cut.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3 【課題】豆腐の損傷を防ぎ、異物を発生させることなく、高精度に豆腐の切断ができる豆腐の切断装置及び豆腐のパック詰め装置を提供する。【解決手段】豆腐の切断装置は、豆腐Ｔ２に当接して位置決めする位置決め部材３５と、位置決め部材の豆腐と当接する領域の高さ範囲内で水平移動自在に配置された水平カッタ６５と、水平カッタ６５を水平に駆動するカッタ駆動部と、を備える。位置決め部材３５は、水平カッタの切断方向の終端に配置される。カッタ駆動部は、垂直断面が波形である水平カッタ６５を位置決め部材３５に向けて略当接するまで移動させ、豆腐Ｔ２を水平に切断する。【選択図】図３
