Summary: | To provide a cleaning head which is prevented from being bent even when a length in a longitudinal direction increases.SOLUTION: A cleaning head has a structure in which a gas jetting chamber 112 of a head main body 11 is connected to a gas pressurizing mechanism, gas is jetted from the gas jetting chamber 112 through a gas jetting port 124a by an operation of the gas pressurizing mechanism, and gas suction chambers 113a, 113b of a head main body 11 are communicated with an exhaust passage 130 in an exhaust duct 13. Outside air is sucked in the gas suction chambers 113a, 113b through gas suction ports 125a, 125b by an exhaust action through the exhaust passage 130. Flexural rigidity of the exhaust duct 13 in an arrangement direction of the integrated head main body 11 and exhaust duct 13 is larger than flexural rigidity of the head main body 11 in the arrangement direction. A pull-up and fixing mechanism 20 pulls up and fixes a predetermined part of the head main body 11 in the longitudinal direction to an exhaust duct 13 side.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4B
【課題】長手方向の長さを大きくしても撓み難いクリーニングヘッドを提供することである。【解決手段】ヘッド本体11の気体噴射室112が気体加圧機構に接続され、該気体加圧機構の動作により気体噴射室112から気体噴射口124aを通して気体を噴射し、ヘッド本体11の気体吸引室113a、113bが排気ダクト13内の排気経路130に連通する構造となって、排気経路130を通した排気作用により気体吸引口125a、125bを通して外気を気体吸引室113a、113bに吸引するようにしたクリーニングヘッドであって、一体となるヘッド本体11と排気ダクト13の配列方向における排気ダクト13の曲げ剛性は、前記配列方向におけるヘッド本体11の曲げ剛性より大きく、ヘッド本体11の長手方向の所定の部分を排気ダクト13側に引き上げて固定する引き上げ固定機構を有20する構成となる。【選択図】図4B |
