The core part 100 includes a porous ceramic honeycomb structure 120 having a plurality of flow passages, and a plurality of sealing parts 130 which close one end of a part of the flow passages out of the plurality of flow passages, and the other end of the other flow passages out of the plurality of flow passages. When a specific surface area and an ignition loss of the ceramic coat layer 200 are respectively Sc(m/g), and Lc(-), an expression (1) is satisfied.
