Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power storage system capable of efficiently suppressing output fluctuation in a power system, and to provide a controller, charge/discharge control method and program.SOLUTION: The power storage system of an embodiment includes a plurality of power storage units, power conversion units, and control unit. The plurality of power storage units store power. The power conversion units are provided so as to respectively correspond to the plurality of power storage units, convert DC power from the power storage unit to AC power and output the AC power to the power system. The control unit determines respective amounts of effective power and reactive power in AC power output by the power conversion units and determines a power conversion unit satisfying a predetermined condition of the plurality of power conversion units as a power conversion unit that is caused to preferentially output reactive power.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】電力系統の出力変動を効率良く抑制することができる蓄電システム、コントローラ、充放電制御方法、およびプログラムを提供することである。【解決手段】実施形態の蓄電システムは、複数の蓄電部と、電力変換部と、制御部とを持つ。複数の蓄電部は、電力を蓄電する。電力変換部は、複数の蓄電部のそれぞれに対応して設けられ、蓄電部からの直流電力を交流電力に変換して電力系統に出力する。制御部は、電力変換部により出力される交流電力における有効電力および無効電力のそれぞれの量を決定し、複数の電力変換部の中で所定条件を満たす電力変換部を優先的に、無効電力を出力させる電力変換部に決定する。【選択図】図1
