Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transformer for boosting a voltage.SOLUTION: A transformer 10 comprises a first piezoelectric thin film formation body 11 and a second piezoelectric thin film formation body 12. The first piezoelectric thin film formation body is composed of only one piezoelectric thin film 110 containing a vertical polarization component that is vertical to the thin film, or is configured by laminating multiple piezoelectric thin films in such a manner that vertical polarization components become reverse to each other between adjacent piezoelectric thin films. The multiple piezoelectric thin films have equal thickness and are composed of the same piezoelectric material. The second piezoelectric thin film formation body is brought into contact with the first piezoelectric thin film formation body 11 directly or via a vibration transfer body (insulator layer 13) and configured by laminating piezoelectric thin films 120-1 to 120-10, each having the equal thickness to the piezoelectric thin film 110 and composed of the same piezoelectric material, more than the number of piezoelectric thin films 110 in such a manner that vertical polarization components become reverse to each other between adjacent two of the piezoelectric thin films 120-1 to 120-10. The vertical polarization components become reverse to each other between one piezoelectric thin film 120-1 that is adjacent to the first piezoelectric thin film formation body 11 and the piezoelectric thin film 110 that is adjacent to the one piezoelectric thin film.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】電圧を昇圧するためのトランスを提供する。【解決手段】トランス10は、薄膜に垂直な垂直分極成分を有する1枚のみの圧電体薄膜110から成る、又は同一の厚さを持ち同一の圧電材料から成る複数枚の圧電体薄膜を、隣接する圧電体薄膜同士で垂直分極成分が互いに逆方向になるように複数枚積層して成る第1圧電体薄膜形成体11と、第1圧電体薄膜形成体11と直接又は振動伝達体(絶縁体層13)を介して接触し、圧電体薄膜110と同じ厚さを持ち同じ圧電材料から成る圧電体薄膜120−1〜120−10を、圧電体薄膜110よりも多い枚数だけ隣接する圧電体薄膜120−1〜120−10同士で垂直分極成分が互いに逆方向になるように積層して成り、第1圧電体薄膜形成体11に隣接する圧電体薄膜120−1と該圧電体薄膜に隣接する圧電体薄膜110同士で垂直分極成分が互いに逆方向である第2圧電体薄膜形成体12とを備える。【選択図】図1 |
