Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical instrument that can ensure the output of light emission with a simple and easy structure.SOLUTION: An optical instrument 3 has: an excitation light source 14; a first optical fiber 16b that guides excitation light emitted from the excitation light source 14; and a fluorescence plate 15 that has a fluorescence part 40 that emits fluorescence with the excitation light emitted by the first optical fiber 16b, and a dichroic mirror 35 put on that side of the fluorescence part 40 which receives the excitation light.
