Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat-radiating coating material which can enhance emissivity in the infrared region, and efficiently radiating heat; and a light-emitting diode (LED) illumination, a heat sink, and a solar cell module back sheet, each coated therewith.SOLUTION: The heat-radiating coating material includes: (a) a ceramic powder with an average particle size of 0.1-50 μm, containing a zinc oxide powder and/or a titanium oxide powder; and (b) a binder.
