PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a prefilled syringe formulation of teriparatide in which an increase of Succinimide body and analogous substance in RRT0.87 is suppressed.SOLUTION: There is provided a formulation is formed by filling aqueous solution which contains teriparatide or teriparatide acetate and methionine and whose pH is 4.5 to 5.1 into a prefilled syringe. In a preferable embodiment, pH is 4.7 to 4.9, and in a more preferable embodiment, the content of Succinimide body and analogous substance in RRT0.87 in the case of storage at 5°C for 2 years is 1% or less by the area normalization method.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】スクシンイミド体およびＲＲＴ０．８７における類縁物質の増加を抑えたテリパラチドのプレフィルドシリンジ製剤を提供することを目的とする。【解決手段】プレフィルドシリンジに、テリパラチドもしくはテリパラチド酢酸塩およびメチオニンを含み、かつｐＨが４．５〜５．１である水溶液が充填されてなる製剤である。好ましい１つの実施形態では、ｐＨは４．７〜４．９であり、さらに好ましい１つの実施形態では、５℃で２年保存した場合におけるスクシンイミド体およびＲＲＴ０．８７における類縁物質の含有量が、面積百分率法で、１％以下である。【選択図】図１
