Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the operation of an elevator from being stopped as much as possible during a power failure such as an instantaneous power failure.SOLUTION: The elevator device includes a power failure detection unit 9 for detecting a power failure of an input AC power supply and a control unit 12 which sets the nearest floor as a stop floor of a car when a power failure is detected by the power failure detection unit 9 and changes the traveling speed or the acceleration of the car to the suppressed traveling speed or acceleration by an electric motor 6. By changing the traveling speed or the acceleration of the car to the suppressed traveling speed or the acceleration during a power failure, the time of driving the elevator can be prolonged with power accumulated in a smoothing capacitor 4, which is connected to an input side of an inverter 5, during the power failure so that a possibility of stopping the car at the nearest floor can be improved.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】瞬時停電などの停電発生時にエレベーターの運転が停止することを極力防ぐ。【解決手段】入力交流電源の停電を検出する停電検出部9と、停電検出部9が停電を検出した際に、乗りかごの停止階を最寄階に設定し、電動機6による乗りかごの走行速度又は加速度を、抑制した走行速度又は加速度に変化させる制御部12とを備える。停電発生時に抑制した走行速度又は加速度に変化させることで、停電発生時に、インバーター5の入力側に接続された平滑コンデンサ4に蓄積された電力で駆動できる時間を延ばし、乗りかごを最寄階に停止できる可能性を高くすることができる。【選択図】図1
