PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image display device (including an image display device having a touch panel function and an image display device having no touch panel function) such as a liquid crystal display, a plasma display and an electroluminescence display, which is excellent in scratch resistance and further preferably excellent in crack resistance, surface appearance, transparency, color tone, surface hardness and bending resistance; members of a display face plate, a transparent conductive substrate and a housing thereof; and especially a hard coat laminated film which can be suitably used as a display face plate of an image display device having a touch panel function.SOLUTION: There is provided a hard coat laminated film which has a first hard coat and a layer of a transparent resin film in order from the surface side, wherein the first coat contains (A) 100 pts.mass of a copolymer of (a1) a polyfunctional (meth) acrylate and (a2) a polyfunctional thiol and (B) 0.01 to 7 pts.mass of a water repellent agent and the hard coat laminated film comprises a coating material containing no inorganic particles.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 【課題】耐擦傷性、好ましくは更に耐クラック性、表面外観、透明性、色調、表面硬度、及び耐曲げ性に優れ、液晶ディスプレイ、プラズマディスプレイ、及びエレクトロルミネセンスディスプレイなどの画像表示装置（タッチパネル機能を有する画像表示装置及びタッチパネル機能を有しない画像表示装置を含む。）；これらのディスプレイ面板、透明導電性基板、及び筐体などの部材；特にタッチパネル機能を有する画像表示装置のディスプレイ面板として好適に用いることができるハードコート積層フィルムを提供すること。【解決手段】表面側から順に第１ハードコート、及び透明樹脂フィルムの層を有し、上記第１ハードコートは、（Ａ）（ａ１）多官能（メタ）アクリレートと（ａ２）多官能チオールとの共重合体 １００質量部；及び、（Ｂ）撥水剤 ０．０１〜７質量部；を含み、かつ無機粒子を含まない塗料からなる；ハードコート積層フィルム。【選択図】図２
