Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a molding method for a composite material and the like capable of suppressing a formation of an un-impregnated region and suitably forming a composite material even when a thickness of the composite material changes in one direction within a plane of the composite material.SOLUTION: A molding method for a composite material formed by laminating a reinforcing fiber base material includes the steps to dispose a laminate laminated of the reinforcing fiber base material whose plate thickness changes in a laminating direction across a longitudinal direction on a molding surface of a molding jig, to seal the laminate hermetically by covering with a bagging film, to supply a resin from a resin supply part provided on the bagging film side of the laminate toward the laminate, to impregnate the laminate with the resin by sucking an atmosphere in the bagging film from a deaeration waterproof part which is provided on a molding surface side of the laminate and is provided along the longitudinal direction of the laminate while a passage of the resin in the bagging film is blocked, and to discharge the resin in the bagging film from a resin discharge part provided on the bagging film side of the laminate after impregnating the laminate with the resin.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5 【課題】複合材の面内における一方向において、複合材の板厚が変化しても、未含浸領域の形成を抑制し、複合材を好適に成形することができる複合材の成形方法等を提供する。【解決手段】強化繊維基材が積層されてなる複合材を成形する複合材の成形方法であって、成形用治具の成形面に、長手方向に亘って積層方向の板厚が変化する強化繊維基材が積層された積層体を配置し、積層体をバギングフィルムで覆って気密に封止し、積層体のバギングフィルム側に設けられた樹脂供給部から、積層体へ向けて樹脂を供給し、積層体の成形面側に設けられると共に積層体の長手方向に亘って設けられた脱気防水部から、バギングフィルム内の樹脂の通過を遮断しつつ、バギングフィルム内の雰囲気を吸引して、積層体に樹脂を含浸させ、積層体への樹脂の含浸後、積層体のバギングフィルムフィルム側に設けられた樹脂排出部から、バギングフィルムフィルム内の樹脂を排出させる。【選択図】図5
