Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lever type connector in which inclination of the rotation axis of a lever can be restrained.SOLUTION: A lever type connector 10 includes a housing 100 that can be mated with the mating connector, and a lever 200 attached to the housing 100 and mutually attracting the mating connector and the housing 100, by moving from a temporary locking position to the main locking position. The lever 200 includes a temporary locking arm 207 deformable elastically away from the surface of the housing 100, and rotates between the temporary locking position and the main locking position, while bringing the temporary locking arm 207 into pressure contact with a slide surface 104, i.e., a part of the housing surface. The housing 100 includes a cover 107 covering the slide surface 104, and the cover 107 has a recess 110 in the internal surface facing the slide surface 104, so that the temporary locking arm 207 can pass through the space 108 between the slide surface 104 and the cover 107.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6 【課題】レバーの回動軸の傾きを抑制可能なレバー式コネクタを提供すること。【解決手段】レバー式コネクタ10は、相手側コネクタと嵌合可能なハウジング100と、ハウジング100に装着され且つ仮係止位置から本係止位置までの移動によって相手側コネクタ及びハウジング100を互いに引き寄せるレバー200と、を備える。レバー200は、ハウジング100の表面から離れる向きへ弾性変形が可能な仮係止アーム207を備え、仮係止アーム207をハウジングの表面の一部である摺動面104に押圧接触した状態にて、仮係止位置と本係止位置との間において回動する。ハウジング100は、摺動面104を覆うカバー部107を備え、カバー部107は、摺動面104とカバー部107との間の空間108を仮係止アーム207が通過可能なように摺動面104に対面する内壁面に窪み110を有する。【選択図】図6
