PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical examination support device, an operation method and an operation program for the medical examination support device, and a medical examination support system that enable medical staff to browse a patient list without being frustrated.SOLUTION: A medical examination support device according to the present invention includes: a screen generation unit for generating a display screen having a patient list representing contents of a plurality of items for each patient in a two-dimensional area composed of an item arrangement axis on which a plurality of items related to a medical examination of a patient are arranged and a patient identification information arrangement axis on which pieces of patient identification information for identifying a plurality of patients are arranged; and a screen display control unit for, when at least one of a portion of the plurality of items and a portion of the plurality of pieces of patient identification information is a non-displayed part which is not displayed within the display screen, making the non-displayed part available for display by a scroll operation.
