PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a process speed when a moving body to be detected is detected in each frame of a motion image.SOLUTION: A moving body detecting method causes a computer to execute processes of: acquiring a picked-up image of a moving body to which a predetermined image pattern is attached; specifying a pixel region that has a color corresponding to a first color which forms the image pattern from the acquired picked-up image; calculating a first centroid position of the specified pixel region; specifying a pixel region that has a color corresponding to a second color which forms the image pattern from the acquired picked-up image; calculating a second centroid position from the specified pixel region; and outputting, when the first centroid position and the second centroid position corresponds to each other, the corresponding position as a position of the moving body in the picked-up image.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3 【課題】動画像の各フレームにおいて検出対象の動体を検出する際の、処理速度を向上させる。【解決手段】動体検出方法であって、所定の画像パターンを装着した動体を撮像した撮像画像を取得し、取得した前記撮像画像から、前記画像パターンを形成する第１の色に対応する色を有する画素領域を特定し、特定した画素領域の第１の重心位置を算出し、取得した前記撮像画像から、前記画像パターンを形成する第２の色に対応する色を有する画素領域を特定し、特定した画素領域の第２の重心位置を算出し、前記第１の重心位置と前記第２の重心位置とが対応する場合に、該対応する位置を、前記撮像画像における前記動体の位置として出力する処理をコンピュータが実行する。【選択図】図３
