Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To determine an appropriate fuel addition amount while taking a PM deposition amount into account and to execute reproduction of a DPF at appropriate timing.SOLUTION: An exhaust processing device comprises: an oxidation catalyst that is provided in an exhaust passage; a fuel addition device which is provided at an upstream position of the oxidation catalyst in the exhaust passage and adds fuel into the exhaust passage; a DPF which is provided at a downstream position of the oxidation catalyst in the exhaust passage and collects particulate substances included in exhaust gas; and a control device which controls the amount of the fuel to be added by the fuel addition device in such a manner that a temperature of the DPF becomes a target temperature. The control device executes fuel addition amount determination control for determining the fuel addition amount by multiplying a fundamental value that is determined based on the target temperature, by a present value of a first correction coefficient that is determined based on a temperature difference between the temperature of the DPF and the target temperature, and a second correction coefficient that is determined based on a deposition amount of the particulate substances collected by the DPF. A present value of the first correction coefficient is determined by multiplying a previous value of the first correction coefficient by a coefficient corresponding to the temperature difference.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
【課題】PMの堆積量を考慮して適切な燃料添加量を決定し、かつ、DPFの再生を適切なタイミングで実行する。【解決手段】排気処理装置は、排気通路に設けられる酸化触媒と、排気通路における酸化触媒よりも上流の位置に設けられ、排気通路内に燃料を添加する燃料添加装置と、排気通路における酸化触媒よりも下流の位置に設けられ、排気ガスに含まれる粒子状物質を捕集するDPFと、DPFの温度が目標温度になるように燃料添加装置による燃料添加量を制御する制御装置とを備える。制御装置は、目標温度に基づいて決定される基本値に、DPFの温度と目標温度との温度差に基づいて決定される第1補正係数の今回値と、DPFに捕集された粒子状物質の堆積量に基づいて決定される第2補正係数とを乗算することによって燃料添加量を決定する燃料添加量決定制御を実行する。第1補正係数の今回値は、第1補正係数の前回値に温度差に対応する係数とを乗算して決定される。【選択図】図3 |
