Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image formation apparatus which can make image degradation due to the AC noise difficult to be visually recognized.SOLUTION: In an image formation apparatus, a photoreceptor drum rotating at a peripheral velocity V is exposed by an optical writing device in which a plurality of OLEDs are arranged in a staggered manner, the optical writing device is under the influence of the AC noise of the frequency F, an interval L between OLED rows arrayed along the main-scanning direction out of the plurality of OLEDs arranged in a staggered manner satisfies the following formula (1) for a certain odd number D. With this configuration, the density unevenness due to the AC noise can be made difficult to be visually recognized since the phases of the light amount fluctuations due to the AC noise become mutually reverse phases at adjacent exposure points on the scan line.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5 【課題】ACノイズに起因する画像劣化を視認し難くすることができる画像形成装置を提供する。【解決手段】周速度Vで回転する感光体ドラムを画像形成装置において、複数のOLEDを千鳥配列した光書き込み装置で露光する。光書き込み装置は周波数FのACノイズの影響下にある。千鳥配列された複数のOLEDのうち主走査方向に沿って並ぶOLED列どうしの間隔Lは、ある奇数Dについて、下式(1)を満たす。このようにすれば、走査線上で隣り合う露光点どうしで、ACノイズに起因する光量変動の位相が互いに逆位相になるので、ACノイズに起因する濃度ムラを視認し難くすることができる。【選択図】図5
