Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve production efficiency of an assembly.SOLUTION: A method for manufacturing an assembly includes the steps: mold-closing a metal mold (S1); filling a plurality of cavities formed on the metal mold mold-closed in the step S1 with molten resin, and injection-molding a plurality of components (S2); mold-opening the metal mold in a state in which the plurality of components molded in the step S2 are held by a first mold (S3); and rotationally moving the components held in the first mold and causing the components to face an assembly part of a second mold (S4). By repeating and executing the steps S1 to S4, the assembly is manufactured. In the step S1, the mold is mold-closed to supply the components held in the first mold to the assembly part of the second mold and the assembly is performed, and the cavities are formed on a first molding part of the first mold and a second molding part of the second mold.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
【課題】組立品の生産効率を向上させる。【解決手段】金型を型締めする(S1)。ステップS1にて型締めされた金型で形成される複数のキャビティのそれぞれに溶融樹脂を充填して複数の部品を射出成形する(S2)。ステップS2で成形された複数の部品が第1型に保持された状態で、金型を型開きする(S3)。第1型に保持された部品を回転移動させて第2型の組立部に対向させる(S4)。ステップS1〜S4を繰り返し実行して、組立品を製造する。ステップS1では、成形型を型締めすることにより、第1型に保持された部品を第2型の組立部に供給して組み立てを行い、かつ、第1型の第1成形部と第2型の第2成形部とでキャビティを形成する。【選択図】図6 |
