Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plasticizing apparatus for passing a material containing fibers through a flow path around a torpedo to promote melting of the material, wherein, when plasticizing a resin containing supplied fibers, breakage of the fibers is suppressed while dispersing the fibers, and the fibers can be supplied to the next step in a state where the orientations of the fibers are aligned to some extent.SOLUTION: The present invention provides a plasticizing apparatus 11 for passing a material M containing fibers through a flow path 29 around a torpedo 25 to promote melting of the material.
