PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique for enhancing continuity of health management.SOLUTION: A health management support device 30 comprises: an information acquisition section for acquiring physical information measured by a user; a determination section for determining a behavioral change stage indicating a development degree of an interest level toward the health management by the user on the basis of measurement frequency of the physical information; and a support information provision section for providing the user with support information corresponding to the behavioral change stage.
