Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a display device which can properly detect a touch in electromagnetic induction system, while allowing electrodes to be shared by capacitive system and electromagnetic induction system.SOLUTION: A substrate, pixel electrodes, a display function layer, common electrodes, and first electrodes are laminated in this order. The common electrodes and the first electrodes intersect with each other in plan view. In display period, pixel signals are supplied to the pixel electrodes, in accordance with a control signal from a control unit, and common signals are supplied to the common electrodes. In first sensor period, first driving signals are supplied to the common electrodes, in accordance with the control signal from the control unit, to form electromagnetic induction. In the first electrode, electromotive force based on the electromagnetic induction is generated. In second sensor period, second driving signals are supplied to the common electrodes, in accordance with the control signal from the control unit, to form capacitance with the first electrodes.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 8 【課題】静電容量方式と電磁誘導方式とで電極を共用しつつ、良好に電磁誘導方式のタッチ検出を行うことが可能な表示装置を提供する。【解決手段】基板、複数の画素電極、表示機能層、複数の共通電極及び複数の第1電極は、この順で重なって設けられ、複数の共通電極と第1電極とは、平面視で互いに交差して設けられており、表示期間には、制御部からの制御信号に応じて、画素電極に画素信号が供給されると共に、共通電極に共通信号が供給され、第1センサ期間には、制御部からの制御信号に応じて、共通電極に第1駆動信号が供給されて電磁誘導を形成し、第1電極には、電磁誘導に基づく起電力が発生し、第2センサ期間には、制御部からの制御信号に応じて、共通電極に第2駆動信号が供給されて第1電極との間で静電容量を形成する。【選択図】図8
