Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pneumatic control apparatus which, without any influence of an operation when a compression coil spring is compressed or expanded, correctly displace a valve seat to prevent exhaust leakage and defect of adjusted pressure.SOLUTION: A pneumatic control apparatus has first and second housings 22, 23, a diaphram 42 for partitioning each of the housings to first air chamber (one air chamber) 25 and second air chamber (the other air chamber) 43, and a valve seat 44 supported by the diaphram 42. The pneumatic control apparatus has a valve body 32 disposed in the first air chamber 25 for opening and closing an open hole 48 of the valve seat 44, and a pressure adjustment mechanism (a pressure adjustment bolt 53, and an upper seat 54) for adjusting a force applied to the diaphram 42 from the side of the second air chamber 43. The pneumatic control apparatus has a main spring (a compression coil spring) 41 housed in the second air chamber 43 for applying a spring force to a lower seat (spring receiver member) 51 provided at the valve seat 44. A shaft bearing 52 is provided between the valve seat 44 and the lower seat 51.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】圧縮コイルばねが圧縮あるいは伸長するときの挙動の影響を受けることなく、バルブシートが正しく変位して排気漏れや調圧不良を生じることがない空気圧制御装置を提供する。【解決手段】第1および第2のハウジング22,23と、ハウジング内を第1の気室25(一方の気室)と第2の気室43(他方の気室)とに仕切るダイヤフラム42と、ダイヤフラム42に支持されたバルブシート44とを備える。第1の気室25に配置されてバルブシート44の貫通孔48を開閉する弁体32と、ダイヤフラム42に第2の気室43側から加えられる力を調整する調圧機構(圧力調整用ボルト53,アッパーシート54)とを備える。第2の気室43に収容され、バルブシート44に設けられたロアシート51(ばね受け部材)にばね力を加えるメインスプリング41(圧縮コイルばね)を備える。バルブシート44とロアシート51との間に軸受52が介装されている。【選択図】 図1
