PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photograph attached report generation program capable of efficiently generating an easy-to-understand report.SOLUTION: This is a program for generating a photograph attached report in which a position specified by a drawing and a photograph taken in a situation at that position are posted. For this purpose, the program makes a computer function as drawing taking-in means (S1) for taking in drawing information, photograph taking means (S2) for taking in photograph data, screen displaying means for displaying the drawing information and the photograph data side by side, photograph position designation means (S3) for designating the position of photograph data on the drawing information displayed on the screen displaying means, code adding means (S9, S10) for giving an identification code to the photograph data designated by the photograph position designation means, drawing output means (S11) for performing an output in which the identification code is displayed on the drawing information, and photograph output means (S13) for outputting the photograph data side by side with the identification code.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】効率よく分かり易い報告書が作成できる写真付き報告書の作成プログラムを提供する。【解決手段】図面により特定される位置とその位置における状況が撮影された写真とが掲載された写真付き報告書を作成させるためのプログラムである。そのためにコンピュータを、図面情報を取り込ませる図面取込み手段（Ｓ１）と、写真データを取り込む写真取込み手段（Ｓ２）と、図面情報と写真データとを並べて表示させる画面表示手段と、画面表示手段に表示された図面情報上で写真データの位置を指定させる写真位置指定手段（Ｓ３）と、写真位置指定手段で位置が指定された写真データに識別符号を付与する符号付与手段（Ｓ９，Ｓ１０）と、図面情報上に識別符号を表示させた出力を行わせる図面出力手段（Ｓ１１）と、識別符号と並べて写真データを出力させる写真出力手段（Ｓ１３）として機能させる。【選択図】図１
