Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To evaluate the internal defects and quality of actual concrete structures from the reproducible elastic wave characteristics by utilizing the characteristics as incompressible fluid of water, and using it as a probe for transmitting and receiving elastic waves each having features of shock elastic wave method and ultrasonic wave method.SOLUTION: Non-destructive testing is performed by inputting an elastic wave to a test object m provided with a magnetostrictive sensor 4 comprising a ferromagnetic core 2 wound around a conductor 21 functioning as a pendulum, and a receiving sensor 3 for causing the ferromagnetic core 2 to function as a vibrator; a bottomed cylindrical liquid filling cylindrical portion 5 projecting from a bottom portion of a portion of the ferromagnetic core 2 of the magnetostrictive sensor 4; and a water chamber 7 equipped with a cup portion 6 exposed to a test object m formed in a liquid filling cylinder 5 in a watertight manner and by receiving the elastic wave propagated in the test object m.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3 【課題】水の非圧縮性流体としての特性を利用し、衝撃弾性波法と超音波法の特長をそれぞれ有する弾性波の発受信プローブとして用いることで、再現性のある弾性波特性から、コンクリートの実構造物における内部欠陥や品質の評価をする。【解決手段】振子として機能させる導線21が巻回された強磁性体コア2と、強磁性体コア2を受振子として機能させる受信センサ3とから成る磁歪センサ4と、磁歪センサ4の強磁性体コア2の一部を底部から突出させた有底筒形状の液体充填筒部5と、液体充填筒部5に形成された、検査対象物mに水密状に当てるカップ部6とから成るウォーターチャンバー7と、を備えた。検査対象物mに弾性波を入力し、検査対象物mにおいて伝播した弾性波を受信して非破壊試験をする。【選択図】図3
