Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air conditioning control device, an air conditioning control method and an air conditioning control program for enabling a user to achieve both setting value permission and energy saving by taking environmental influence on the setting value into consideration.SOLUTION: An air conditioning control device includes a history information acquisition part, a division part, an allowable range calculation part, and a control value determination part. The history information acquisition part acquires setting value history information about a setting value to be set about an air conditioner, and environmental value history information about an environmental value. The division part divides the setting value history information on the basis of an attribute acquired from the environmental value history information. The allowable range calculation part acquires the allowable range of the setting value on the basis of the divided setting value history information. The control value determination part determines a control value to be outputted to the air conditioner on the basis of the allowance range, the attribute, and the setting value.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】設定値に対する環境の影響を考慮し、利用者が設定値を許容でき省エネを両立することができる空調制御装置、空調制御方法及び空調制御プログラムを提供することである。【解決手段】空調制御装置は、履歴情報取得部と、分割部と、許容範囲算出部と、制御値決定部とを持つ。履歴情報取得部は、空調装置について設定される設定値に関する設定値履歴情報と、環境値に関する環境値履歴情報とを取得する。分割部は、環境値履歴情報から求めた属性に基づいて、設定値履歴情報を分割する。許容範囲算出部は、分割された設定値履歴情報に基づき、設定値の許容範囲を求める。制御値決定部は、許容範囲、属性、及び設定値に基づき、空調装置に出力する制御値を決定する。【選択図】図1
