Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an evaporative humidifier capable of contacting airflow at even wind pressure for the whole surface of an air inflow part of an evaporative element.SOLUTION: An evaporative humidifier includes an evaporative element 8 configured to keep moisture, an air blower 12 configured to create an airflow supplied to the evaporative element 8, and a pressure equalizing chamber 16 disposed between the air blower 12 and the evaporative element 8 and communicating with the whole area of an air inflow part 14 of the evaporative element 8, wherein the airflow created by the air blower 12 contacts with the evaporative element 8 after colliding with inner surfaces 22, 23, 24, 25 of the pressure equalizing chamber 16.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】気化エレメントの空気流入部の全面に対して均等な風圧で気流を接触させることができる気化式加湿装置を提供する。【解決手段】水分を保持する気化エレメント8と、該気化エレメント8に供給される気流を創出する送風機12と、該送風機12と前記気化エレメント8との間に配設される均圧室16であって前記気化エレメント8の空気流入部14の全面と連通する均圧室16と、を備え、前記送風機12で創出される気流が前記均圧室16の内面22,23,24,25に衝突した後に前記気化エレメント8に接触する。【選択図】 図1
