Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fixing structure of a stud bolt and a fixed member having a constitution in which the stud bolt can be rigidly fixed to the fixed member, and a caulked portion is not protruded from a plate face of the fixed member, a fixing method and the stud bolt.SOLUTION: A plurality of protrusions 51 extending to an axial direction are formed at a caulking shaft part 5, a screw shaft part 4 of a stud bolt 1 is inserted into a prepared hole 101 of a metal thin plate 100, the protrusions 51 are made to bite into an internal peripheral face of the prepared hole 100 by pressure-inserting the caulking shaft part 5 into the internal peripheral face of the prepared hole 101 of the metal thin plate 100, a hangout part 54 expanding to a radial direction is formed by caulking an end part of the prepared hole 100 to the screw shaft part side, the metal thin plate 100 is sandwiched between the hangout part 54 and a shoulder part 23 of a stud part 2 in an axial direction, and an annular recess 102 which is formed by locally recessing a peripheral edge of the prepared hole 101 of the metal thin plate 100 together with the hangout part 54 is formed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】スタッドボルトを被固定部材に対して強固に固定でき、しかも、かしめた部分が被固定部材の板面から突出しない構成のスタッドボルトと被固定部材との固定構造、固定方法及びスタッドボルトを提供する。【解決手段】かしめ軸部5に軸方向に延びる凸条51が周方向に複数設け、スタッドボルト1のねじ軸部4を金属薄板100の下穴101に挿通し、かしめ軸部5を金属薄板100の下穴101内周に圧入することにより、下穴100内周に前記凸条51を食い込ませ、下穴100のねじ軸部側に突出する端部をかしめることによって、径方向に膨張する張出部54を形成し、張出部54とスタッド部2の肩部23との間で金属薄板100を軸方向に挟み込み、さらに、金属薄板100の下穴101の周縁部を張出部54と共に局部的に窪ませた環状凹部102が設けられている。【選択図】図1
