Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent not only damage of a contact part of a shifting key but also wear of a chamfer part in a synchronizer ring used in a synchronizer of a transmission.SOLUTION: A synchronizer ring includes an inner ring (20) and an outer ring (30) which achieves higher strength than the inner ring (20). The outer ring (30) is formed by integrally forming an outer ring body (31) fitted in the outer side of the inner ring (20), a chamfer part (32) protruding from the outer ring body (31) to the radial outer side, and a key part (33) protruding from the outer ring body (31) in an axial direction.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】変速機の同期装置に用いられるシンクロナイザーリングにおいて、シフティングキーの接触部の損傷だけでなく、チャンファー部の摩耗も防止できるようにする。【解決手段】シンクロナイザーリングは、内リング(20)と、内リング(20)よりも強度が優れた外リング(30)とを備え、外リング(30)は、内リング(20)の外側に嵌合した外リング本体(31)と、外リング本体(31)から径方向外方へ突出したチャンファー部(32)と、外リング本体(31)から軸方向へ突出したキー部(33)とが一体に形成されたものとする。【選択図】図1
