Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a joining structure of a pump housing and functional components which can reduce the weight of a pump main body.SOLUTION: A high-pressure fuel supply pump is constituted by inserting functional components 8d, 12c into fuel passages 12a, 1b opened at an outer face of a pump body 1 from the outside of the pump body 1, and joining the functional components 8d, 12c to the pump body 1 by a pressure-insertion part 405 and a weld part 407. The pressure-insertion part 405 is constituted in the pump body 1 by pressure-inserting the functional components 8d, 12c into internal peripheral faces of the fuel passages 12a, 1b, and the weld part 407 is arranged on the outer face side of the pump body 1 rather than the pressure-insertion part 405.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 【課題】本発明の目的は、ポンプ本体を軽量化することができる、ポンプハウジングと機能部品との接合構造を提供することにある。【解決手段】高圧燃料供給ポンプは、ポンプボディ1の外面に開口する燃料通路12a,1bにポンプボディ1の外側から機能部品8d,12cを挿入し、機能部品8d,12cをポンプボディ1に圧入部405と溶接部407とで接合して構成され、圧入部405は燃料通路12a,1bの内周面に機能部品8d,12cの外周面を圧入してポンプボディ1の内部に構成され、溶接部407は圧入部405よりポンプボディ1の外面側に設けられる。【選択図】図2
