Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a deep mixing device using multistage inner pressure relaxation blades that mitigate earth pressure on a rotation axis.SOLUTION: In a deep mixing device, multistage inner pressure relaxation blades 22, which mitigate an earth pressure on a rotation axis 14 by cultivating a foundation 10 around the rotation axis 14, is installed on an upper part of a mixing blade 16 of the rotation axis 14 so that width direction of the inner pressure relaxation blade is substantially consistent with axial direction of the rotation axis 14. The inner pressure relaxation blade 22 satisfies L≤a+2b, a≥β/α, D/4≤b≤D/2, where D is diameter of the rotation axis 14, a is width of the inner pressure relaxation blade 22, b is length of the inner pressure relaxation blade 22, L is fitting interval of the inner pressure relaxation blade 22, β is penetration speed per unit time of the rotation axis 14, and α is revolution speed per unit time of the rotation axis 14.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】回転軸に掛かる土圧を緩和する多段の内圧緩和翼を用いた深層混合処理装置を提供する。【解決手段】深層混合処理装置において、回転軸14における撹拌翼16の上部に、前記回転軸14の周りの地盤10をほぐして前記回転軸14に掛かる土圧を緩和する多段の内圧緩和翼22を、その幅方向が前記回転軸14の軸方向と略一致して設け、この内圧緩和翼22は、L≦a+2b、a≧β/α、D/4≦b≦D/2を満足するように構成する。D:回転軸14の直径、a:内圧緩和翼22の幅、b:内圧緩和翼22の長さ、L:内圧緩和翼22の取り付け間隔、β:回転軸14の単位時間当たりの貫入速度、α:回転軸14の単位時間当たりの回転数とする。【選択図】図1
