Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a nickel powder capable of providing a nickel powder less in coarse particle (connected particle) even when a fine nickel particle is obtained.SOLUTION: There is provided a manufacturing method of a nickel powder using a raw material nickel powder with average particle diameter of 0.02 μm to 0.20 μm, at least having a preparation process S21 for manufacturing a nickel powder slurry by using the raw material nickel powder to prepare the nickel powder slurry concentration, and a crashing process S22 for allowing the nickel powder slurry prepared in the preparation process S21 by spraying to be a droplet form, and crushing the nickel powder slurry, in which the nickel powder slurry concentration in the preparation process S21 is 5 to 40 wt.%, in the crashing process S22, the nickel powder slurry accelerated by a high pressure gas is impacted to a collision plate or the nickel powder slurry is impacted to crash the nickel powder slurry.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】微細なニッケル粉末を得る場合においても、粗大粒子(連結粒子)が少ないニッケル粉末を得ることができるニッケル粉末の製造方法を提供することを目的とする。【解決手段】平均粒径が0.02μm〜0.20μmの原料ニッケル粉末を用いたニッケル粉末の製造方法であって、少なくとも前記原料ニッケル粉末を用い、ニッケル粉スラリーを作製し、前記ニッケル粉スラリー濃度を調製する調製工程とS21、前記調製工程S21で調製された前記ニッケル粉スラリーを噴霧によって液滴状にして前記ニッケル粉スラリーを解砕する解砕工程S22とを有し、前記調製工程S21における前記ニッケル粉スラリー濃度は、5〜40重量%であり、前記解砕工程S22では、高圧ガスで加速させた前記ニッケル粉スラリーを衝突板に衝突させ、もしくは前記ニッケル粉スラリーを衝突させて前記ニッケル粉スラリーを解砕することを特徴とするニッケル粉末の製造方法。【選択図】図1
