Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of an adhesion structure by using a dielectric heat adhesive film capable of achieving strong adhesion in short time by conducting a dielectric heating treatment on a polyolefin resin or the like as an adherend from a single side.SOLUTION: There is provided a manufacturing method of an adhesion structure by high frequency dielectric heating a dielectric heat adhesive film containing a thermoplastic resin as an A component and a dielectric filler as a B component, and adhering a pair of adherends consisting of same or different material, and following processes (1) to (3). (1) a first process for sandwiching the dielectric heat adhesive film between a pair of adherends. (2) a second process for arranging a high frequency application device in which both poles of an electrode unit are arranged on a single-sided surface side of the pair of adherends. (3) a third process for high frequency wave dielectric heating the dielectric heat adhesive film by operating the electrode unit and applying high frequency wave, and adhering the pair of the adherends via the dielectric heat adhesive film.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】被着体としてのポリオレフィン系樹脂等に対して、片側から誘電加熱処理を施すことにより、短時間で、強固な接着を実現できる誘電加熱接着フィルムを用いてなる、接着構造体の製造方法を提供する。【解決手段】A成分としての熱可塑性樹脂及びB成分としての誘電フィラーを含有する誘電加熱接着フィルムを高周波誘電加熱させ、同一もしくは異なる材料からなる一対の被着体を接着する接着構造体の製造方法であって、下記工程(1)〜(3)を含むことを特徴とする接着構造体の製造方法である。(1)一対の被着体の間に、誘電加熱接着フィルムを挟持する第1工程(2)一対の被着体の片面側に、電極ユニットの両極が一面に設けられた高周波印加装置を配置する第2工程(3)電極ユニットを動作させて、高周波を印加することにより、誘電加熱接着フィルムを高周波誘電加熱させ、当該誘電加熱接着フィルムを介して、一対の被着体を接着する第3工程【選択図】図1
