Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To detect a forgetting to return an article to a storage case.SOLUTION: An article collation system 1 comprises a tag 2 and a storage case (a tool box) 4. The tag 2 is attached to each article (a tool) 3, and an article ID (a tool ID) is written in it. The storage case 4 comprises a tag reader 5 that wirelessly communicates with a tag 2 present in the storage case 4 and does not wirelessly communicates with a tag 2 present outside the storage case 4. The tag reader 5 comprises a radio unit 51, a processing unit 52, a storage unit 53, and an operation unit 54. When the operation unit 54 receives an input operation for registration, the processing unit 52 stores the article ID of all the tags 2 read by the radio unit 51 at the time in the storage unit 53. When the operation unit 54 receives an input operation for collation, the processing unit 52 collates the article ID of all the tags 2 read by the radio part 51 at the time with the article ID stored in the storage unit 53, and outputs whether the result of collation is a match or a mismatch.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】物品を収容ケースに戻し忘れていることを検出する。【解決手段】物品照合システム1は、タグ2と、収容ケース(工具箱)4とを備える。タグ2は、各物品(工具)3に取り付けられ、物品ID(工具ID)が書き込まれる。収容ケース4は、その収容ケース4内にあるタグ2と無線通信し、その収容ケース4外にあるタグ2と無線通信しないタグ読取装置5を有する。タグ読取装置5は、無線部51と、処理部52と、記憶部53と、操作部54とを有する。操作部54が登録の入力操作を受けた時、処理部52は、無線部51がそのときに読み取った全てのタグ2の物品IDを記憶部53に記憶させる。操作部54が照合の入力操作を受けた時、処理部52は、無線部51がそのときに読み取った全てのタグ2の物品IDと、記憶部53に記憶されている物品IDとを照合し、その照合結果が一致か不一致かを出力する。【選択図】図1 |
